When my husband and I met Sybil we were not sure if we wanted to buy another house or not.  Sybil was very patient in listening to our reasons for possibly wanting to buy a new house.  After she showed us the first house that we were interested in she suggested that we might like to see some other homes also.  She helped us find a house that was exactly what we were looking for and it was on a lake which was a real bonus for my husband.  The house was not on the market, but Sybil knew the owner personally so she approached him about selling.  He agreed and we bought that home.  Sybil then listed our ocean front home and it sold to the first person that looked at it.  Sybil was not only our realtor but has become a very good friend.
